As compared to last year this time available seat is increase to 60,000 by establishing new polytechnics as reported by the Andhra Pradesh Examination Committee (www.apceep.nic.in).

This year AP Common Entrance Examination for Polytechnics (CEEP 2011 - 2012) was conducted on May by DTE, the results of which have been already declared on June first week.

As per the notification the 2nd counselling for remaining seats will start soon. By following the internet trend Govt have decided to organized web-based counselling for Diploma admissions ( where a candidate can exercise options i.e. candidate can select a polytechnic and course which he/she intends to study, through internet centre) and it is most likely to begin in the last week of July 2011 - 2012. First of all DTE will issue the short notice regarding the 2nd Phase of CEEP Counselling followed by Certificate verification process then actual Exercising Options for Course and college will start and Final Allotments of Seats along with the Payment process completes the entire thing.

Procedure & Steps for ECET Counselling 2011 - 2012 :-
A complete notification regarding the Counselling of ECET-2011 rank holders for admission to Engineering / Pharmacy Degree Colleges / Universities in Andhra Pradesh is announced in local news paper as well as online.
All candidates will be called to the Counselling hall on basis of their ranks & marks obtained into the ECET 2011 - 2012.
You need to carry the appointment letter, rank card, Memorandum of Marks. 3. Provisional Diploma or Degree Certificate. 4. Proof of Date of Birth. 5. Study Certificate from VII to Diploma or IX to Degree (for B.Sc. Candidates) xerox copy at the given time & date on venue.

At the end of the Counselling process, still if you want to withdraw/cancel the allotted seat, you can do so before a stipulated cutoff date. Beyond this date, the Convenor will have no say on your admission and is left to the discretion of the Principal of the institution.

ECET Counselling shall be conducted on three phases depends on availability of seats after 1st & 2nd phase.
The 2nd phase and 3rd phase are likely to take place from 25th to 28th July, 2011.
If you have not participated in previous phase(s) of ECET Counselling, you can participate as a fresh candidate by attending Certificate Verification at one of the HLCs.
If no seat is allotted in Previous Phase of Counselling, you can participate in subsequent phase(s) of counselling, provided you got your certificates verified at the HLC.
If a seat is allotted in previous phase of counselling, and you are not interested to join in the allotted college, you shall not report at the college/Pay the fee. You are entitled to participate in the ECET Web Counseling but will be eligible to join the New College/Course and will have no claim on the previous allotment.

Certification Verification & Option exercise for ECET Counselling 2011- 2012 :
Candidates have to appear for Certificates Verification in any one of the Help Line Centres and exercise their options through internet. Based on the options exercised, allotments will be made considering the local area, gender, category and special reservation category and candidates have to download the allotment order and remit the Counseling fee and tuition fee in any one of the Branches of Indian Bank in the state and report at the colleges where the seat is allotted on or before the stipulated date. Delhi Technological University (DTU) invites the application form for the admission into B.Tech, MBA degree courses into various affiliated colleges and institutes.
Admission will be given by process of counselling (based on the relative merit of the applicants). At the time of DTU Counselling 2011 - 2012, the candidates have to deposit Original copy of the Admit Card & Score Card of AIEEE-2011 and a set of photocopies of (1) Marksheet of Class X and Class XII or equivalent examination, (2) Three passport size photograph (3) Proof of claimed category (Kashmiri Migrants/NRI and relationship certificates) as per clause 3.4 of Information brochure (4) Medical fitness certificate in case of OPEN / General / SC / ST / CW/ OBC /SG. Bank Draft for counselling fees of Rs. 48000 (Forty Eight Thousands rupees) in favour of "Registrar, Delhi technological University, Delhi", payable at Delhi is to be deposited at the time of counselling. The DTU Counselling Schedule, counselling letter, status, latest results , seat allotment and list of short listed candidates in both the above categories for counselling will be available on our website www.admissions.dce.edu after 29th June, 2011. Tamilnadu Engineering Counselling 2011 - Rank List

TamilNadu has already published the 12th Class Results and now time has finally come to start the Engineering Counelling also called as TNEA Counselling 2011 - 2012. Tamilnadu Engineering Admission (TNEA) Committee has already starts inviting the application form for all the Tamil Nadu & out side residents.
Once the last date for counselling application form will come, they will take 2 to 5 days to announce the rank list for all the candidates, Then based on that rank list you will be called into the Counselling hall.

Procedure & Notes for RMAT Counselling 2011 - 2012 :-
First of all the successful candidates will be alloted seats according to their rank and number of seats available.

Only those candidates whose ranks are included in the counselling schedule are required to attend the RMAT Counselling.
