Procedure & Notes for RMAT Counselling 2011 - 2012 :-
First of all the successful candidates will be alloted seats according to their rank and number of seats available.

Only those candidates whose ranks are included in the counselling schedule are required to attend the RMAT Counselling.
All the candidates need to present at the Counselling hall at the same date & time given to them. In case you are not able to physically present you must have some proof to be given to the Counselling chairman.
The choice of course made by the candidate / representative is final and binding and cannot be altered later under any circumstances.
Only the applicant and their gardener will be allowed to enter into the Counselling room.
