Availability of ECET Counselling Form 2011 - 2012 :-
All the candidates who have successfully qualified the ECET 2011 are informed that to download the online admission notification and instruction for the Counselling from the online portal of A.P.State Council of Higher Education, Hyderabad (APSCHE), So please follow each and every step for certificate verification process. Please bring a copy of Mock Counselling latter once it will start.
Procedure & Steps for ECET Counselling 2011 - 2012 :-
A complete notification regarding the Counselling of ECET-2011 rank holders for admission to Engineering / Pharmacy Degree Colleges / Universities in Andhra Pradesh is announced in local news paper as well as online.
All candidates will be called to the Counselling hall on basis of their ranks & marks obtained into the ECET 2011 - 2012.
You need to carry the appointment letter, rank card, Memorandum of Marks. 3. Provisional Diploma or Degree Certificate. 4. Proof of Date of Birth. 5. Study Certificate from VII to Diploma or IX to Degree (for B.Sc. Candidates) xerox copy at the given time & date on venue.
At the end of the Counselling process, still if you want to withdraw/cancel the allotted seat, you can do so before a stipulated cutoff date. Beyond this date, the Convenor will have no say on your admission and is left to the discretion of the Principal of the institution.
ECET Counselling shall be conducted on three phases depends on availability of seats after 1st & 2nd phase.
The 2nd phase and 3rd phase are likely to take place from 25th to 28th July, 2011.
If you have not participated in previous phase(s) of ECET Counselling, you can participate as a fresh candidate by attending Certificate Verification at one of the HLCs.
If no seat is allotted in Previous Phase of Counselling, you can participate in subsequent phase(s) of counselling, provided you got your certificates verified at the HLC.
If a seat is allotted in previous phase of counselling, and you are not interested to join in the allotted college, you shall not report at the college/Pay the fee. You are entitled to participate in the ECET Web Counseling but will be eligible to join the New College/Course and will have no claim on the previous allotment.
Certification Verification & Option exercise for ECET Counselling 2011- 2012 :
Candidates have to appear for Certificates Verification in any one of the Help Line Centres and exercise their options through internet. Based on the options exercised, allotments will be made considering the local area, gender, category and special reservation category and candidates have to download the allotment order and remit the Counseling fee and tuition fee in any one of the Branches of Indian Bank in the state and report at the colleges where the seat is allotted on or before the stipulated date. ECET Counselling Fees :
Counselling Processing fee ( non refundable ) for SC/ST Rs.300/- and for Others Rs.600/- To be paid at the Time of Certificate's Verification.
