Procedure & Steps for WBJEE Counselling 2013 :-
A complete notification regarding the Counselling of WBJEE-2012 and AIEEE-2012 rank holders for admission to Engineering / Technological / Pharmacy Degree Colleges / Universities in West Bengal will be announced in local news paper as well as online.
Candidates will be called to the Counselling hall on basis of their ranks & marks obtained into the WBJEE 2012.
You must carry the Counselling form, rank card, photo ID card, other certificates & marksheet xerox copy at the given time & date on venue.
Once you choice is filled and freezes, it can not be change at anyhow. After allocation of the college, you must have to visit the college for verification purpose.
WBJEE Counselling shall be conducted on three phases depends on availability of seats after 1st & 2nd phase.
The 2nd phase and 3rd phase are likely to take place from 1st to 3rd August, 2012 and on 13th, 14th and 16th August, 2012 respectively.
The 1st phase counselling of WBJEE-2012 for SC, ST, PC & General category will be organized on 5/7/2012.

WBJEE Counselling Fees :

Pharm.D is the Professional Pharmacy doctoral programme running by Andhra Pradesh (AP) state having duration of 6 yrs after 10+2 (science academic stream) which includes 5 years of academic study followed by a year of internship or residency.

The Department of Technical Education, AP has already started the Common Entrance Examination for Polytechnics (Ceep) Web based Counselling from the June. Now it's time for the notification for the CEEP 2nd Phase Counselling 2011 - 2012 for all those candidates who are failed to appear into the 1st round.
It is expected that announcement will be online on the first week and Counselling will start soon after that and last for 5 to 9 days. If still the seat will be remain in any colleges then DTE will take teh decision to conduct the 3rd Phase of CEEP Counselling 2011 - 2012 same as earlier records.

Common Entrance Examination for Polytechnics is conducted by The Department of Technical Education for admission in various diploma level Engineering and Non-Engineering Courses in AP state. As compared to last year this time available seat is increase to 60,000 by establishing new polytechnics as reported by the Andhra Pradesh Examination Committee (www.apceep.nic.in).

This year AP Common Entrance Examination for Polytechnics (CEEP 2011 - 2012) was conducted on May by DTE, the results of which have been already declared on June first week.

As per the notification the 2nd counselling for remaining seats will start soon. By following the internet trend Govt have decided to organized web-based counselling for Diploma admissions ( where a candidate can exercise options i.e. candidate can select a polytechnic and course which he/she intends to study, through internet centre) and it is most likely to begin in the last week of July 2011 - 2012. First of all DTE will issue the short notice regarding the 2nd Phase of CEEP Counselling followed by Certificate verification process then actual Exercising Options for Course and college will start and Final Allotments of Seats along with the Payment process completes the entire thing.

Education Common Entrance Test is conducted each and every year for admission in B.Ed Regular Course in AP state. Same as every year this time examination is conducted by Osmania University (OU), Hyderabad on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (www.APSCHE.org).

You need to carry the appointment letter, rank card, Memorandum of Marks. 3. Provisional Diploma or Degree Certificate. 4. Proof of Date of Birth. 5. Study Certificate from VII to Diploma or IX to Degree (for B.Sc. Candidates) xerox copy at the given time & date on venue.

At the end of the Counselling process, still if you want to withdraw/cancel the allotted seat, you can do so before a stipulated cutoff date. Beyond this date, the Convenor will have no say on your admission and is left to the discretion of the Principal of the institution.

ECET Counselling shall be conducted on three phases depends on availability of seats after 1st & 2nd phase.
The 2nd phase and 3rd phase are likely to take place from 25th to 28th July, 2011.
If you have not participated in previous phase(s) of ECET Counselling, you can participate as a fresh candidate by attending Certificate Verification at one of the HLCs.

If a seat is allotted in previous phase of counselling, and you are not interested to join in the allotted college, you shall not report at the college/Pay the fee. Certification Verification & Option exercise for ECET Counselling 2011- 2012 :
Candidates have to appear for Certificates Verification in any one of the Help Line Centres and exercise their options through internet. Based on the options exercised, allotments will be made considering the local area, gender, category and special reservation category and candidates have to download the allotment order and remit the Counseling fee and tuition fee in any one of the Branches of Indian Bank in the state and report at the colleges where the seat is allotted on or before the stipulated date.
