Notification of Anna University TNEA Counselling Application Form : The Anna University ,which is of the affiliated type is a member of the Association of Indian Universities, the Association of Commonwealth Universities and Partner of UNESCO International Center for Engineering Education (UICEE). UGC have accredited Anna University with Five Star Status in 2002 which is the highest rating.
Anna University is inviting the application form for their TNEA Counselling 2011 and interested candidates can apply online by filling out simple application form to get admission into the B.Tech/B.E and MBA degree courses. Please see below details carefully.
Tentative Dates of Anna University Counselling Form :
May - 16.05.2011 : Commencement of issue of application form.
May - 31.05.2011 : Last date for applying through online and Last date for issue of application form.
June - 03.06.2011 : Last date for submission of filled-in TNEA Application Form.

Steps to apply online for Anna University Counselling 2011 or TNEA Counselling :
Just goto http://www.annauniv.edu/tnea2011/ page and click on Online Registration for applying TNET Counselling.
Separate applications will be called for Other State quota.Ensure that the Demand Draft for the required amount is on hand (Rs.500 for General category and Rs.250 for SC/SCA/ST belongs to Tamil Nadu).
Ensure that the marks obtained are on hand.
Fill all the details required in the online application form.
Now click "PROCEED" button to submit your application through online.
Read 'Information and Instructions to Candidates' before filling the Application (Your Application Number is the Registration Number of the Engineering Admission - 2011)
Rules for Anna University Counselling 2011 - 2012 :
1. Common application form to seek admission to University Departments of Anna University, University Departments and University Colleges of Anna Universities of Technology, Government and Government Aided Engineering Colleges and for the seats surrendered by the Self – Financing Engineering Colleges, under the Unified Single Window Admission System for Indian Nationals.
2. Candidates belonging to Tamil Nadu will be considered for Admission.
3. Candidates belonging to Otherstate (eligible for open community only) must satisfy atleast one of the conditions mentioned in the "Information and Instructions to the Candidates", to apply as Tamil Nadu candidate.
