UPTU Counselling 2011 Online Results, UPTU Seat Allotment Letters

Central Admission Board Gautam Buddh Technical University (GBTU) formerly Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU) announced UPTU Counselling 2011 for Off-campus as well as Online. UPTU SEE 2011 (State Entrance Examination) which was held by Uttar Pradesh Technical University for the year 2011 for the Admission in B.Tech degree course. UPTU Results has announced in their official website http://www.seeuptu.nic.in/. The Counseling would be start by 15th July, 2011. Seat allotment and schedule will be uploaded soon after some time.

Students need to select their stream and enter Roll No and Registration No for Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU) Off Campus & Online Counseling. I will regularly update this page to get latest information on UPTU Counselling Results 2011 - 2012 and Seat allotment.

Update No 1 : This time Counselling for B.Tech & MBA degree courses will be conducted by MTU not by UPTU, and the UP SEE Result was also hosted by MTU.ac.in. Still exact dates, schedule and time of Counselling is not announced, They have put one online notice, but beacuse of their sites structure we are not able to open it, So you have to wait for any furture declaration comes from MTU. But as per the track records, your online counselling should start within a week and last will June end. Check below direct link from MTU University.

Notification ( 27th May, 2011 - Friday ) : All the candidates are requested to wait for 3-5 days to give MTU full time to build the Counselling schedule, dates, time and venue. All of you will be called based on the SEE Rank, So please keep your admit card & rank card with your while you are in Counselling hall. For others who want to appear in UPTU Online Counselling, Please check all the text box and message carefully, before you fill the form for seats, Since once your click on Submit button, you will not allowed to reselect the seats and colleges.

Announcement : All the eligible candidates are requested to verify their documents for the Counselling process. Candidates will be called to the counselling based on their UPSEE 2011 Rank & AIEEE/CAT/MAT Rank list. Update No 3 : Candidates should note that they have to report in person at the respective Document Verification Centre / Choice Locking Centre as per schedule given overleaf. Candidates should leave Document Verification & Choice Locking Centre only after getting his/her documents verified.

UPTU invites the application form for the admission into B.Tech, MBA degree courses into various affiliated colleges and institutes.
Admission will be made through a process of counselling (based on the relative merit of the applicants). At the time of UPTU Counselling 2011, the candidates have to deposit Original documents and a set of photocopies of (1) Marksheet of 10+2 or equivalent examination, (2) 10th (High School) Certificate (3) Proof of claimed category (Kashmiri Migrants/NRI and relationship certificates) as per clause 3.4 of Information brochure (4) Three recent passport size coloured photographs. An initial fee of Rs. 5000/- in the form of Crossed Bank Draft and counselling fee of Rs. 500/- in the form of A/C payee bank draft in favour of Finance Officer, G.B. Technical University, Lucknow” payable at Lucknow, is to be deposited at the time of counselling. The UPTU Counselling Schedule, counselling letter, status, up-to-date results , seat allotment and list of short listed candidates in both the above categories for counselling will be available on our website www.uptu.nic.in after 26th June, 2011.

Counselling letter for both the categories will not be sent to candidates, they are advised to see the notice showing candidates short listed for UPTU Counselling 2011 on the website for respective category before reaching the counselling centre on scheduled date and time for online counselling.

Update No 1 ( June 7, 2011) : Mahamaya Technical University (MTU) has published the instruction and information booklet for the upcoming UPSEE Counselling. For completing the admission through counseling process the Candidates selecting the colleges for admission based on UPSEE-2011 rank counseling and AIEEE /CAT/MAT rank counseling have to follow few steps and that are given here.

Step 1 : Document Verification.
Step 2 : Choice Locking.
Step 3 : Collection of seat allotment letter from the choice locking centre and Deposition of fee.
Step 4 : Reporting.
