he Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board was initially set-up as Pre Medical Test Board by Government of Madhya Pradesh in the year 1970. Later, in the year 1981, Pre Engineering Board was constituted. Soon after, in the year 1982 both these Boards were amalgamated and named asProfessional Examination Board (P.E.B.)

VYAPAM will take the following entrance tests in 2011:

• MET 2011 : For entrance to MBA courses
• PET 2011 : Pre Engineering Test for admission into the engineering courses in MP
  
• Pre MCA : For entrance to Master of Computer Applications
• Pre P.G. : For entrance to Post Graduate Medical & Dental degree & diploma courses
• PPT 2011: For entrance to Polytechnic diploma courses
• PEPT & PAT 2011: For entrance to Bachelor of Engineering, Pharmacy, Dairy, Agriculture, Forestry degree/diploma courses
• PMT 2011: For entrance to MBBS / BDS / BVSc Degree Courses

• PAHUT : For entrance to Ayurvedic, Homeopathic and Unani degree courses.
• PNST: For entrance to B.Sc. Nursing Training (Only for girls)
