DTU Counselling 2011 Schedule, Dates, Results - www.dce.edu

Delhi Technological University (DTU) invites the application form for the admission into B.Tech, MBA degree courses into various affiliated colleges and institutes.
Admission will be given by process of counselling (based on the relative merit of the applicants). At the time of DTU Counselling 2011 - 2012, the candidates have to deposit Original copy of the Admit Card & Score Card of AIEEE-2011 and a set of photocopies of (1) Marksheet of Class X and Class XII or equivalent examination, (2) Three passport size photograph (3) Proof of claimed category (Kashmiri Migrants/NRI and relationship certificates) as per clause 3.4 of Information brochure (4) Medical fitness certificate in case of OPEN / General / SC / ST / CW/ OBC /SG. Bank Draft for counselling fees of Rs. 48000 (Forty Eight Thousands rupees) in favour of "Registrar, Delhi technological University, Delhi", payable at Delhi is to be deposited at the time of counselling. The DTU Counselling Schedule, counselling letter, status, latest results , seat allotment and list of short listed candidates in both the above categories for counselling will be available on our website www.admissions.dce.edu after 29th June, 2011. The DTU shall place the advertisement in newspapers or magazine for the final round of B.Tech counselling.

DTU B.Tech Counselling Schedule 2011 - 2012 :
All the candidates are requested to apply online for the B.Tech counselling which will be hosted on the basis of the rank obtained in AIEEE 2011. Delhi Technological University (DTU) has also published the schedule & tentative dates for same.
Submission of Online Form : 7-6-2011
Closing of Choice filling : 29-6-2011
Starting of DTU Counselling : 5-7-2011

Fee deposit challan can be downloaded from http://www.dtuadmissions.nic.in. Only those candidates will be able to participate who have deposited the counselling fee through the above challan.

DTU Counselling 2011 - 2012 will be held in three different round, 1st Round of Counselling will be started from 5th of July. Each counselling phase will run for a week and there will be a gap of 2 week between each round.
2nd Phase of Counselling : 15th July
DTU 3rd Round Counselling : 22/07/2011
In case the candidate or his representative does not report physically on the above mentioned date then he would not be eligible for the next round of the counselling. Once you allocate the seat you will not eligible for next phase of counselling. Also Please make sure to place your choice by checking previous few years cut off list and rank list.

Venue for reporting for admission at DTU: Convocation Hall, Delhi Technological University (formerly Delhi College of Engineering), Near Sector 17, Rohini, Shahbad Daulatpur, Bawana Road, Delhi 110042. DTU is well connected from Rohini sector 9, 13 and Rithala Metro Station.

Disputes, if any, arising out of or relating to any matter whatsoever, concerning the aforesaid B.Tech. Admission shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi Technological University.
