The West Bengal School Service Commission (WBSSC) came into force with effect from 01.11.1997 for the purpose of recruitment of Assistant Teacher and Headmaster/ Headmistress in recognized Non-Government aided Schools in West Bengal.
Today morning I was looking for the WBSSC Result 2011 of their latest recruitment of various staff in West Bengal, but found that still WBSSC Recruitment Result 2011 is declared.
Result of the Preliminary Screening Examination for the post of Clerk and Group-D Staff under 1st RLST(NT) 2011 in Non-Govt Aided Schools will be published on 3rd February, 2011.

West Bengal School Service Commission - WBSSC is also responsible for recruitment of the Non-Teaching Staff in the posts of Librarian, Clerk and Group-D Staff including Laboratory Attendant, Peon, Night Guard, Matron in recognized Non-Government aided Schools in West Bengal should also be recruited through School Service Commission.
