The Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan (RBSE Ajmer) has been constituted under the Rajasthan Secondary Education Act 1957. With the promulgation of the Rajasthan Secondary Education Act in 1957, this Board was set up in Jaipur on 4th Dec, 1957. It was shifted to Ajmer in 1961. In the year 1973 it began functioning in its present multistory building with an enchanting dignity of its own with all amenities.
RBSE Ajmer is responsible for taking 10th Class and 12th Class examination in all over Rajasthan State. Now RBSE has declared the 10th Result 2011 along with the 12th Science, Commerce and arts results.
At present the RBSE Board is conducting the examinations of 10th Class, 10+2 Class, Science talent search examination +10 Examination, etc.
