The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) came into being under an Act of Legislation in 1969, amended in 1987, 2000 and 2005. organize reserach for grading of textual vocabulary and arrange for regular revision of text books and other book. PSEB hold examinations for school education, publish the results of such examinations and grant certificates to the persons, who have passed such examinations.
