Located on the lap of Kaimason Hillocks, Jhansi University campus is spread over the 180 acre of land on both sides of Kanpur Highway in the historical city of Jhansi. The University was founded on August 26, 1975 under Uttar Pradesh University Act no.10 1986 section 4, sub-section 1-A vide notification no.10/15-60-33/74. The Jhansi University is steadily surging ahead as a center of excellence. The goal is to innovate in the field of education.
