Separate application in prescribed form for each subject is to be submitted. Completed application forms along with photocopy of the mark sheet of the previous examination passed are to be submitted within notified date ad time.

Merit list will include four/five times the number of seats available in each course. Publication of merit list is not an assurance of admission.
*
Applicants whose names appear in the merit list, will be asked to assemble and seats will be allocated strictly in order of merit from among the assembled candidates.
*
In case seat(s) remain vacant, all applicants, save those who did not avail themselves of the first assembly, will again be asked to assemble to fill the seats remaining vacant.
*
The college authority reserves the right to change/modify the above procedure, if deemed necessary, with proper notification.
*
The college accepts no responsibilities for cancellation of admission or for any other eventuality due to suppression or mis-statement of facts by students at the time of admission ad for any admission made inadvertently in contravention of any rule of the Calcutta University.
*
Candidates are to deposit admission and other fees within the notified sate, failing which the admission will be cancelled and the college will not be liable for such cancellation and refund of money deposited in the bank and the said notified date.

SC/ST candidates must have proper caste certificate issued by the government or receipt from the government confirming that he/she has applied for the requisite certificate.

At the time of admission, students must produce in original (a) mark sheet, (b) evidence of age, (c) transfer certificate, if applicable, (d) SC/ST certificate, if applicable (e) Physically Handicapped certificate, if applicable, (f) Two copies of recent passport size photograph.

Only candidates from Board/Council/Universities recognized by Calcutta University, are eligible for admission and the college shall bear no responsibility from any wrong admission made inadvertently or due to suppression or mis-statement of facts by applicants.
