The primary objective of establishing RGUKT was to provide high quality educational opportunities for the aimed rural youth of Andhra Pradesh. The initial goal was that at least the top 1 % of the rural graduates would be given the opportunity to study at RGUKT 2011.
Another key educational objective of RGUKT admisssion is to use advances in learning sciences and explore the use of modern cognitive science tools in education and learning.

Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT), Hyderabad, has published the list of the candidates selected for admission, into the 6-year integrated programme, offered in the ensuing session 2011. Candidates will be able to check the admission 2011 results by logging in the University’s official website: http://www.rgukt.in/

The selected candidates will also be informed about their selection through Call Letters addressed to them to the postal address provided by them in their application form and through email to the email id provided by them. There will be only one counseling session conducted for admissions. The counseling is scheduled to be held on July 9 & 10, 2011 at 8.00 pm. The classes commence from July 12, 2011.
