IIT Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) 2011 will expected to be held on April 11, 2011

The results of the IIT-JEE-2011 for admissions to undergraduate courses in the fifteen IITs, IT-BHU and ISMU Dhanbad will be declared on May 26, 2011.

Every year IIT conducts the JEE counselling for selected candidates in IIT JEE Examination at JCOP site. This year it is expected that IIT JEE 2011 Counselling will be held soon after availability of the Results of IIT JEE 2011. A total of 4.7 lakh candidates will be appeared in IIT JEE-2011 which was conducted by seven of the IITs on April 11, 2011. Out of them XX candidates have been declared qualified to seek admission for XX seats in the IITs at Bhubaneswar, Bombay, Delhi, Gandhinagar, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Indore, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Madras, Mandi (H.P.), Patna, Punjab, Rajasthan and Roorkee, IT-BHU Varanasi and ISMU Dhanbad.

On-line filling of CHOICES open for ALL the qualified candidates will be available from May 27 to June 09, 2011.

Medical examination and counselling for qualified PD candidates (the schedule will be announced on the IIT websites) will be from June 09 to 11, 2011.Course allocations to the successful candidates will be declared on Wednesday, the 28th June, 2011.

Notification for all the IIT JEE Qualified candidates : As you all know that Today on 25th May, IIT has released the JEE 2011 Exam Results but you might aware that your JEE Counselling Brochure is also published. Yes you can download the IIT JEE Information Brochure from it's official site at www.jee.iitd.ac.in. The counselling is online for all JEE-2011 qualified candidates desire to join the IITs/ ISM-Dhanbad/ IT-BHU, Varanasi, irrespective of the Category/ Subcategory the y belong to. Remember it, All the candidate who qualified in JEE-2011 need to personally visit any of the IITs for counselling purpose.

Update # 2 ( May 27, 2011) : Since candidates have very low amount of time to register for the upcoming counselling events of IIT JEE 2011, This is to notified to all of them who got the good rank or even just eligible to appear into the Counselling process, which is going to start on 4th of June. So please be ready with all the necessary documents like Rank Card, 10th, 12th mark sheets and other certification, you may asked to submit that.

Update No 3 ( June 21, 2011) : Today due to some reason IIT Kanpur has published the revised schedule for JEE Counselling at it's official site of IIT JCOP (http://www.jee.iitk.ac.in/JCOP/). All the eligible candidates are requested to check above page with user id, registration id and password to know more details on dates, time, venue, result and seat availability of IIT JCOP Counselling.
