Notification regarding AIPMT 2011 Application forms, Admit Card, Results: In compliance with the directive of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India,the Central Board Of Secondary Education,Delhi,would be conducting the All India Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental Entrance Examination,2010. This entrance examination is being conducted exclusively for the 15% merit positions for the Medical/Dental Colleges of India as specified in the directive of the court and will be governed by the rules and regulations specified for the same by the Government of India,Ministry of Health and Family Welfare from time to time.

Confirmation of the AIPMT Application Forms 2011 received by the Board would be hosted on Board’s website. Efforts would be made to host the confirmation of all Application Forms received by the Board within 15 days time from the last date of receipt of the Application Forms. After Board hosts the details of all the AIPMT Application Form 2011 on website , candidates may check the status of their Application Form. If any candidate who had sent Application Form through speed post/registered post and against his/her application number the information is available on Board’s website that ‘form is not received’, in such cases candidates are advised to contact to the Board latest by 29.01.2011 along with the following documents:
In case Application Form is submitted Offline -
Admit card of AIPMT 2011 will be send to your postal address which you have wrote in your application form. It is necessary to have Admit Card when you are going for AIPMT Examination 2011. If you lost your admit card or not received then you also get Duplicate AIPMT Admit card from it's official website.
In case Application Form is submitted Offline -
a) Photocopy of the filled-in Application Form.
b) Original receipt issued by the Post Office for having dispatched the Application Form.
In case Application Form is submitted Online –
a) Photocopy of the computer generated filled in Application Form.
b) Original receipt issued by the Post Office for having dispatched the Application Form.
c) Proof of fee paid (Photocopy of the Demand Draft, if fees remitted through DD/Photocopy of the statement of the Card if fee is paid through Credit Card).

If you have not received the admit card for the Preliminary Stage Examination to be held on 3rd April, 2011, then the same could be downloaded by obeying the following steps:
a)Download the computer generated admit card in the form of Undertaking on A-4 size paper.
b) Paste the photograph at the appropriate place and get the photograph and the certificate attested by the Principal/Gazetted Officer.
c)Photograph should be similar to the photograph affixed in the application form submitted by you to the CBSE for the AIPMT Examination 2011.
d)To download computer generated AIPMT admit card 2011 enter your Date of Birth and Application Number and then Click Submit Button.

Availability of Application forms for AIPMT 2011
ReplyDeleteApplication forms for AIPMT 2011 are expected to be available for the candidates by the month of October end in the designated branches of Canara Bank and regional offices of CBSE. Candidates will also have the option to apply online through AIPMT website www.aipmt.nic.in where they have to fill the details in an online form and then take its print out which they have to send to AIPMT office. Candidates can choose to make the payment for online form either through credit card or by sending a demand draft along with the printed form.
Examination Dates (Tentative):
Dates for availability of application forms: 4th week of October-first week of December, 2010
Last date for receipt of completed application forms: 1st week of December, 2010
Date of Preliminary Examination: 1st week of April, 2011
Date of Final Examination: mid of May, 2011

The Information Bulletin and Application Form costing Rs.800/- for General/OBC Category and Rs.450/- for SC/ST category can be obtained against Cash Payment from the designated branches of Canara Bank/Regional Offices of the CBSE between 20-10-2011 to 27-11-2011. Information Bulletin and Application Form can also be obtained by Post from the Board by sending a written request with a Demand Draft for Rs.850/- for General/OBC Category and Rs.500/- for SC/ST Category payable to the Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi along with a Self Addressed Envelope of size 12? x 10?. The request must reach to the Board on or before 18-11-2011. The request should be superscribed as “Request for Information Bulletin and Application Form for AIPMT-2011?.

Online submission of application may be made by accessing the Board’s website www.aipmt.nic.in from 20-10-2011 (10.00 A.M.) to 27-11-2011 (5.00 P.M.). Instructions for sending online application, payment of fee and computer generated printout are available on the Board’s website.
Fee of Rs.800/- for General/OBC Category Candidates and Rs.450/- for SC/ST Category Candidates may be remitted in the following ways:
* By Credit card
* Through Demand Draft in favour of the Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi drawn on any Nationalized Bank payable at Delhi.
